A view along a street where the building fronts were converted into the Wall. the chain marks the actual border of E. Berlin.The 3 posts on the sidewalk area are monuments to people killed by the VoPo while trying to escape the East. although difficult to see, there are millions of glass shards mortared into the top edge of the wall. Beyond the Wall, lies the Death Strip, and Eastern Apartment Blocks.
