Hungarian Forces
Discipline in the Honved army was stiff, which sometimes proved to be effective, or sometimes it would backfire. Here a Hungarian officer is presenting his views to a group of his soldiers. But discipline was hurt not only by an unpopular cause, other than defense, but also by the social divisions still plaguing Hungary then. The officers were classy "gentlemen" and the soldiers just "common folk."
