Three Lysander Mark Is, L4721, L4728 and L4715, of No. 208 Squadron RAF, based at Heliopolis, Egypt, entering a starboard turn after flying over the Suez Canal, just after the outbreak of the war with the Italy. Formed on 1 February 1920 at Ismailia and converted to the Westland Lysander in January 1939, the No. 208 Squadron was stationed in Egypt for army co-operation duties in North Africa. Victor Sierra
