A pro-Japanese rally in Vietnam. The man standing on the left side of the balcony looks a bit like Huynh Phu So, the leader of the Hao Hao sect and a strong supporter of Japan during the war. Many in Viet Nam looked to Japan as a potential ally in helping to rid their lands of French colonial rule, and thus some were encouraged to form political and para-military organizations that took a pro-Axis stance.
