In July 1941, during the Soviet counterattack near Lepel, the BT tank drowned in a swamp near the village of Shebeki, Orsha district, the Vitebsk region of Belarus.
Raised in November 1998, completely restored (except for the radio station). Two-foot flames from the exhaust is also one of the features of the former aircraft engine M-17, standing on the tanks BT.

Marvin Strombo, WW2 Marines Italo-American veteran, 93 years old, returns back the flag found on the Saipan battlefield 73 years ago. Strombo met the family and the younger brother and sisters (about 90 y.o.) of Sadao Yasue, the fallen Japanese soldier wich owned the flag. On the flag there're 180 signatures of Yasue's relatives and friends who enjoyed good fortune. Anyway, really a beautiful and moving gesture. DVX
