Restored/reconstructed Cromwell Mk IV tank mounted on the British 7th Armoured Division ("Desert Rats") memorial at their pre-D-Day training ground, Thetford Forest. The UK Ministry of Defence has just announced that, as part of their apparently never-ending series of defence cuts, the Division's successor, 7th Armoured Brigade, is to lose its tanks and be incorporated in an infantry formation.
