A StuG and a T-34/76, the red star on the recuporator is unique.

StuG III

Initially known as the Hornisse (Hornet) the Nashorn (Rhinoceros) tank destroyer was intended as an interim measure. It proved to be one of the most successful vehicles of its kind, however. The soldier posing on this captured and rather battered Nashorn gives a good idea of the size of the vehicles powerful (88mm) gun. The rear decking and side armor appear to have been removed.
