The Slovak Pilot Badge was awarded from January 1943 to all Slovak military pilots in WW2.

There were four variants of the Slovak Pilot Badge:

- Field Night Pilot Badge: Eagle and wreath in gold
- Field Observer Badge: Eagle in gold, wreath in silver
- Field Night Observer Badge: Eagle in silver, wreath in gold
- Field Observer Badge Field Observer Staff: Eagle and wreath in silver

The coat of arms was always colored like the eagle. It was worn on the left breast pocket.
