British cartoonist David Low's view of the brand-new British Soviet alliance against Hitler, generated "automatically" by the commencement of Operation Barbarossa.  Only days before, Low had been producing cartoons denigrating the cynically close relationship between Hitler and Stalin.  I think that the disorientating effect of the sudden "switch" is evident in this image and in the image behind it.  Best regards, JR.
