Looking at the hinges, it is obvious, the gate(s) opens to the outside. So, trying to kick it in, just won't work.  - Just saying...

Can't get in - why?

No info on this photo but I assume the woman(or girl)is a Soviet Pow.The German soldiers seem to be in good spirits but the look on the prisoners face tells us she isn't expecting to live much longer.Could be a private photo taken by a soldier belonging to that group.
