No info on this photo but I assume the woman(or girl)is a Soviet Pow.The German soldiers seem to be in good spirits but the look on the prisoners face tells us she isn't expecting to live much longer.Could be a private photo taken by a soldier belonging to that group.

German positions on the banks of the Leopold Canal (Canal Léopold) in the north of Belgium. In the foreground is the MG 42.German defences along the canal where engaged during Operation Switchback whom where positioned there to defend the Bresken Pocket.Note the MG 42 is on the center piece, with a foxhole dug in a circle around it!
