American actress Marlene Dietrich (Marie Magdalene "Marlene" Dietrich; 12/27/1901 - 05/06/1992) signing autographs for American soldiers. Since March 1943, Marlene Dietrich has performed for Allied forces in North Africa, Italy and France.
