After securing an area in Germany, U.S. soldiers found a house in an unnamed village with abandoned Panzerfausts, ammunition and the more important things of all, barrels of beer - which they tasted with delight; March, 1945.

A member of the 82nd Airborne Division with a very cold looking German grenadier during the Battle of the Bulge. The 82nd Airborne faced the 62nd Volksgrenadier Division and 9th SS Panzer Division during the battle and captured 2,500 German prisoners.
