A P-47 is silhouetted by the explosion of an ammunition truck.Pilots got a particular satisfaction from a good secondary but there were risk here too,flying debris and the blast concussion itself could down the attacking fighter.In this case,the Thunderbolt flew through the blast and safely returned to base.
