An M8 Light Armored Car (In British service known as "Greyhound"), possibly of a U.S, cavalry unit. Mainly used for reconnaissance. In this picture, three crew members wear the helmet for British motorcycle dispatch riders. In the turret, the lieutenant is the commander; Near the German border, January 26, 1945. - The sign indicates (in German): "Stopping or Parking Forbidden".
