No date or place mentioned but I'm quite sure it's in a German city, 1945.On that house you can see a sign
'ARZNEIMITTEL',which means 'medecines' I believe,so probably the house where a pharmacyst is working.
The selfpropelled vehicles are SU-85 if I'm not mistaken
