The Su-152 mounts a ML20 howitzer, a commmon Russian gun. It can fire 2-3 rounds up to 17km in a minute. Why so slow? the 152mm shell came in two pieces. Su-152s first saw service at Kursk and claimed 12 Tiger tanks and 7 Elefants.
