Following the nazis race-segregation policy on occuped territories  the finnish administration has organized the 13 concentration camps for "low-race" civils where they put all the enthnic groups, suspected to be the hostile to the finns.About 30 thousands of civils had passed through the camps. About 10 000 died becouse of cruel treatment.
