Lt. Traian Popteanu (pilot ) in the left and Slt . Franklin Petrescu (observer) in the right at Hagi Bey ( Odessa) in November 1942 . They were from Squadron 102 of Seaplane Flotilla . They became Knights of Aeronautical Virtue Order at 6.10.1944 ( Royal Decree no 1821/6.10.1944, published in Official Gazette of Romania no 251/29.10.1944)
