Agustí Centelles.
A loved one stands over a victim of the Spanish Nationalist air forces' bombing of Lleida (Lérida in Castillian), 2 November 1937. This city was a strategic key blocking the approaches to Barcelona by Nationalist forces in the Spanish Civil War. It was repeatedly bombed prior to its capture by the Nationalists in 1938. In the 2 November raid, some 300 people, including some 50 children, were killed. Best regards, JR.
