National Katyn Memorial

In downtown Baltimore. Yes, Baltimore, MD. The National Katyn Memorial resides in the presence of this awe-inspiring statue. It stands in a revitalized part of the city and is a dominant feature when you drive up to it. It was built to honor the Polish men and woman who were massacred by the Soviet NKVD.
