Restored Raba Botond in Reenactment, 2004

Over 3000 units of this RABA brand, agile, six-wheel-drive troop carrier were built by various factories, like MAVAG, in Hungary between 1938-1944. Named after Botond, a legendary soldier, this military truck was manufactured with a 3800cc four cylinder engine, later increased to 4300cc. Shown here is a restored vehicle at a historical reenactment held in 2004.
