Japan's WW2 Prime Minister (and Minister for much else besides - a bit like the character Poo-Bah in Gilbert and Sullivan's operetta "The Mikado") Hideki Tojo as a young officer of 20, at about the time of the Russo-Japanese War (1905). Best regards, JR.
