Japanese cruiser Myōkō amd two U-boats

Japanese cruiser Myōkō after surrender of Singapore to British and French. The cruiser was badly damaged and soon scuttled. Next to the cruiser are submarines I-501 (former U-181) and I-502 (former U-862), part of the Monsun Gruppe. Submarines were taken over by the Japanese, but had a relatively quiet career in IJN. Felt that this was an interesting photo, but I don't know which one is I-501 and which I-502
