Experimental fighter Kyushu "Shinden" Speed 750 km/h, Canard type forward ailerons, 2,130 hp Mitsubishi MK9D (Ha-43) super charged radial engine, 4 x 30mm cannons. Two prototypes were built and only one flew during 45 min but was a succesful flight. It was an advanced fighter.

Downed Mitsubishi A6M near Ngaremediu Reef at the southeast of Koror. This was the most popular Japanese fighter of the war. Fast and highly maneuvrable but the armor was it's weak point. This issue was common for the Japanese aircraft of WW2. The straight position of the visible propeller blade indicates that propeller was not rotating when the aircraft crashed.
