Italian bomber’s refueling

   I am having trouble identifying this Italian truck.  I want to know the year and model of it.  Any help is very much appreciated !  What is this truck ?!  

   This truck was used to carry troops during the Second Italo-Abyssinian War, 1935-36 and was continuously being used up to 1941 in Africa.
