An Italian’s Regia Aeronautica S.79 dropping its torpedo. Note the large frontal section of aircraft presented to AA fire, a problem for the multi-engine torpedo aircraft during the attack to an enemy ship. The altitude of torpedo’s drop suggest a photo taken during an exercise. Usually during an action the truly altitude of launch of torpedo was most lower. Victor Sierra
