An Italian fighter Fiat G.50 “Freccia” warming the engine. This highlight many details of the nose of this plane and in particular the NACA cowling of his two-row, fourteen-cylinder air-cooled radial engine Fiat A.74 RC.38 delivering 840 HP at sea level altitude of 3.800 meters, two-row, fourteen-cylinder at 2,400 rpm, driving a three blade propeller. This engine, developed by Fiat in the 1930s was used in some of Italy's aircraft of World War II. The most important were, aside the G.50, the fighters Fiat CR.42 and Macchi MC.200 and the floatplane Fiat RS.14. Victor Sierra
