Recently transferred by German Army Group B to the Hungarian Second Army, and still showing Reich insignia, this self-propelled anti-tank artillery performed well in the battles of the Don front, winter 1942-1943.

General Miklós was the commander of the mechanized Rapid Corps of roughly 30,000 soldiers, which successfully participated in the campaigns of the Soviet front during  1941.
