Peace at last - in Europe, at least

A crowd of families are waiting on the docks to greet the HMS Formidable, bringing home 1300 ex-prisoners of war of the Australian 8th Division; 13 October, 1945. It was a moment, for both them and the men had longed for since early 1942.
