Hermann Goering is credited with the joke, "I have discovered that Himmler does have a brain - it is called 'Heydrich'!".  Here, Himmler is accompanied by both halves of his "brain" - Reinhard Heydrich and Karl Wolff (the man who made the SS machine run on time).  An unkindness to Himmler, actually - both Heydrich and Wolff owed their places to Himmler's skills as an administrator and, in particular, his skill as a talent spotter.  Best regards, JR.
