I know I would never have been let away with this - clearly, there were some perks to being Fuhrer. Still from an early 1940s home movie, probably "directed" by Eva Braun. Adolf and Eva were married in the Bunker on 29 May, 1945 - 66 years ago today. I understand that Hitler spent the greater part of the wedding celebration discussing the composition of a "succession cabinet" with staff. Most of us would not be let away with that, either ...
