Reinhard Heydrich and Lina von Osten at their wedding reception, December 1931. Lina was already a member of the NSDAP (Heydrich was not) and she, and her Nazi connections, helped put Heydrich in the way of what turned out to be his spectacular Nazi career - albeit one with a rather Wagnerian end. Perhaps appropriate - his father, a musician and composer, had given his son the full name of Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich. Should "Siegfried" not be in there, somewhere ? Best regards, JR.
