Konstantin von Neurath (1873-1956), Governor of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia (former Czechoslovakia before German occupation) from 1939-1941. He was relieved by Hitler for "not being brutal enough". At the Nuremberg trials in 1946 v. Neurath was sentenced to 15 years in prison but was released early in 1954.
