An armored personnel carrier of the 116th Panzer Division , also known as the Greyhound Division.  They were formed from the remnants of the 16th Panzergrenadier Div. and the 179th Reserve Panzer Div.  They served at Normandy, the Falaise Pocket, the Hurtgen Forest, and the Battle of the Bulge.  

The Greyhound Division

The 5th Fallschirmjäger Division captured six M4 tanks during the fighting near Wiltz on 19 december 1944.  This one was knocked out in front of “Hotel des Ardennes” in January, 1945.
