Formal portrait of Otto Weidinger as SS-Sturmbannfuhrer.  Probably April-May, 1944, following his award of the Knight's Cross.  He is also wearing the EK I, German Cross in Gold, Infantry Assault Badge, Wound Badge (Silver) and Close Combat clasp in Bronze.  Best regards, JR.
