Brigadefuhrer-SS Dr Karl Brandt, personal doctor to Adolf Hitler, top Nazi medical bureaucrat, and central figure in Nazi involuntary "euthanasia" and involuntary human vivisection, hears his death sentence following conviction at the "Doctors' Trial", Nuremberg, 1948.  Brandt's sentence was executed at Landsberg Prison, 2 June, 1948.  His last words recorded from the scaffold were, "It is no shame to stand on this scaffold. This was what the american soldiers was mostly up against on the Western Front by mid 1944..Yea, June.. Young kids and old men. Like everybody knows the Germans were already losing the war against the Russians in the East. Vastly outnumbered. All the best units ( what was left of them ) were figting the Russians..
