Waffen SS taking the town of Aire 1940

Probably May 1940. Note the dead or wounded Wafen SS soldier being transported on the top of the tank. Taken from the rare SS book "Waffen-SS im Westen", (Waffen SS in the West), produced as propaganda by the Reich in 1941. The book photographically documents the Waffen-SS campaigns in Holland, Belgium and France during 1940. Photographs were all taken by SS war correspondents. Excellent resource depicting uniforms, insignia, weaponry, etc for those interested. I'll get more photos up soon.
