General Andrey A. Vlasov, renegade Soviet general, reviews troops of the anti-Soviet "Russian Liberation Army". The Bundesarchiv strap is silent as to date but - given that it cannot have been earlier than September 1944, at the very earliest - it is not surprising that the Russian volunteers on review appear somewhat less than enthusiastic ...
