Probably one of the strangest command vehicles of WW2: The "Swamp Eagle", a handcar/gang car, here used by Lieutenant General Otto Sponheimer (1886-1961), Commander of 21. Infanterie-Division, and his Chief of Staff, Lieutenant Colonel Niemayr, in the Wolchow swamp area/Northern Russia, 1942.
