Not one of the 38 divisions of the Waffen-SS consisted of germans exclusively by the end of the war. The biggest group of foreign Waffen-SS members were the eatern europeans. The western european Waffen-SS consisted mainly of dutch (ca. 50000), belgians (ca. 40000) and french (ca. 20000).
