Deadly fire from the 69th Field Artillery Battalion stopped this train hauling a German 380mm "Siegfried" rail cannon north from Montelimar. Two 380mm and four 280mm guns operated by Eisenbahnbatteries 749 were captured at Montelimar. texag57
