Hugo Primozic born february 16 1914 of a slovakian father and a german mother was a stug iii ace with a total of 68 kills was the frist nco to receive the oak leaves and was promoted to a lieutenant when he was under fire trying to help a disabled stug. He past away in march 18 1996
