A formation of "topless" PzKpfw I training panzers on the move. One reason to think twice before dismissing claims by some memorialist that he "learned to drive a tank" (e.g. Guy Sajer) is that the "learning" might have occurred in the form of a try-out on one of these things; exaggeration, but not necessarily absolute untruth.
