Dummy Tanks of tin with wooden guns conduct German maneuvers in 1934, one year after Hitler came to power. The treaty of Versailles forbade Germany to rearm.

Tiger II Commanders of the schwere SS-Panzer-Abteilung 103 / 503, maybe during a briefing or a decoration ceremony. The man on the extreme right (with a bandage on his head) is SS-Untersturmführer Karl Brommann, an ace of this unit (credited with 66 destroyed tanks). The man next to Brommann, is SS-Sturmbannführer Friedrich Herzig, commander of this Abteilung. This is my favorite tank unit, so please colorize this picture! (By Bazooka Joe)
