Relax moment or the crew of a KG 26’s Heinkel He 111 at Comiso, Sicily, 1941. The X Fliegerkorps Order of Battle 12 January 1941 indicate the II./KG 26 at Comiso with 37 He 111H-3, 29 of them full serviceable. At the same date also the 4./KG 4 were based at Comiso with12 He 111H-3 all full serviceable. The two Luftwaffe’s units was primary allocated to air offensive against Malta. Victor Sierra
