He 112 prototype

A crashed Bf 109 E, 'White 14' of 1./JG 26. This aircraft was temporarily repainted with the French national insignia before being transported across Germany from the Western Front in an attempt to mislead German civilians into thinking that only Allied aircraft were being shot down. Stizkrieg period, 1939.
