That terrible silent moment in which the engine of a V-1 flying bomb cuts out, and the bomb falls towards its target, London, 1944.  From the skyline, the point of view seems to be from London's Strand, with the roofline of the neo-gothic Law Courts in the foreground.  The bomb itself seems to be falling towards the Chancery Lane/Fleet Street area, but (as was usual with the V-1, it is hard to say exactly.  Best regards, JR.
