Hauptmann (Captain) Victor Mölders (*September 27, 1914 in Gelsenkirchen/Germany), the younger brother of legendary Werner Mölders (killed November 22, 1941 in a plane crash near Breslau/Silesia). Victor managed to score his first aerial victory before his brother and was awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class before him. During a fighter bomber attack (with 2nd squadron/Jagd-Geschwader 51) on a London harbour facility on October 7, 1940 Victor was shot down and captured. Until November 1946 he was a POW in the UK and in Canada. After the war he became an architect.
