Members of the Finnish Volunteer Battalion of the Waffen-SS 2.6.1943 Returning back to Finland on SS Warthella, after their 2 year service ended. For battalion combat performance. Himmler said "Where a Finnish SS-man stood, the enemy was always defeated." Battalion was also praised by many Waffen-SS commanders.
